Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Boutique Belle Mia! At Boutique Belle Mia, our goal is to ensure that you always select the right style to look fabulous. However, you may occasionally receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations. If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving delivery of your item to request a return. All discounted, sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, you may exchange the item or obtain a Store-credit only.

Hygiene Product: No Returns - for reasons of safety and the well-being of all our customers, lingerie shapewear is not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and health concerns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned at the customer’s expense and meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new and original condition. For example, unwashed and unworn, or any indications of usage. All tags and stickers, including the 360 ID Security Tag, if applicable, must remain unaltered, untampered, intact and still attached with the correct serial number.
  • Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Once a Start a Return request has been issued, products must be returned within 10 days.

How to Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the main navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

IMPORTANT: Items returned without a valid Start a Return request will be disposed of and will not be eligible for a credit. We cannot assume responsibility for or attempt to locate any package that arrives without the necessary Start a Return request.

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly advise opting for a tracking option and securing insurance for your return package to safeguard against potential shipping damage and to ensure a secure and smooth return process.

Upon the approval of your Start a Return request that requires shipping, you will be sent an email with comprehensive shipping instructions. The processing of a refund, store credit, or exchange will take place once the product has been successfully returned.

Reporting Defective or Damaged Items - 24 Hour Claim Window

In the event that your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please promptly email us at info@bellemiaboutique.com. Ensure you include photos and any additional supporting information to substantiate your claim within the initial 24 hours after delivery. Failure to report to Boutique Belle Mia within this specified timeframe will result in the inability to accept your claim and arrange the replacement of the item.

What is 360 ID Security Tag

Some of our products will arrive fitted with a security tag with a unique serial number that is registered to your order number. You may try the product on, to make sure you are happy with it, and that it fits perfectly.

The 360 ID Security Tag is used to stop serial returners or wardrobing as it is known in ecommerce terms. The tag has a seal and when the seal is unstuck a void pattern comes up on the tag. You will be able to try your purchase knowing that it can be returned if it is not suitable or fit well. The tag is long enough to be moved around the outfit to allow freedom to try it on.

Once you are happy with your purchase, just remove the tag and enjoy wearing your new outfit. Your returns window for exchange or refund will end at this point.

Cancelled Orders

  • If an Order is canceled prior to being shipped due to reasons such as ordering errors or change of mind, a processing fee of 20 CAD will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative costs incurred during the ordering and cancellation process and ensures efficient handling of such requests. Please note that the remaining refund amount will be processed and returned to the original payment method within the standard timeframe outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
  • Orders canceled after the item(s) have been shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, Start a Return request and send the item(s) back to the correct address.
  • If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day, Next-Day and any other special shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
  • Gift Cards are considered final sale, and returns cannot be accepted.

 Credits

Once your return is received, Boutique Belle Mia will issue a refund credit, to the method of payment used for the purchase. A store gift code will be issue for discounted, sale and clearance items, if applicable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued.

Exchanges

If the size you ordered doesn't meet your satisfaction and you wish to exchange it, please initiate a Start a Return request. You'll then receive email instructions on the next steps for the exchange.
